INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

We hope that you will join us as an Exhibitor of the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies' (VFHS) Annual Conference 2012, which will be held Thursday, March 29-Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza, Williamsburg, VA.

VFHS was founded over 50 years ago and continues its mission by providing education to organizations, agencies and individuals dedicated to promoting and improving the welfare of animals in Virginia; addressing issues of animal cruelty and advocating on behalf of animals within Virginia; and addressing the issue of pet overpopulation through the development and support of low cost spay/neuter and trap-neuter-return ("TNR") programs. Our members include humane societies and SPCAs, other sheltered and unsheltered organizations, animal control agencies, animal rescues, and other individuals who care about animal welfare.

We are planning for more than 150 attendees at the 2012 Conference, coming from all parts of Virginia and some from out of state. The Exhibit Area will be open Thursday afternoon and all day Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st. Our Exhibit Area is also scheduled to be the site of our Friday evening social hour. Attendees will have many opportunities to visit the Exhibitors during breaks as well.

Exhibitor Opportunities and Benefits

Attending Exhibitor ($220)

A 6 ft skirted exhibitor table, with two chairs and an identification sign.
Breakfast Friday and Saturday and all refreshment breaks for up to 2 people.
Recognition of your Exhibitor status with your company name and URL on the Conference page of the VFHS website.
Exhibitors will also be recognized in the Conference Program provided to all attendees.

Non-Attending Exhibitor-Display ($75)

Display of your materials on half of a 6 ft. skirted exhibitor table. Please contact VFHS at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it regarding arrangements to deliver your materials to the Conference hotel.
Exhibitors will also be recognized in the Conference Program provided to all attendees.

Exhibit Hall Dates and Times

Thursday, March 29, 2012 (including breakfast, breaks, lunch hour): 12pm - 5pm Friday, March 30, 2012 (including breakfast, breaks, social hour): 8am - 7pm Saturday, March 31, 2012 (including breakfast, breaks, lunch hour: 8am - 1:30pm
