A Practical Reference for Virginia’s Animal Welfare Professionals
Each year, the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies and the Virginia Animal Control Association produce a comprehensive handbook of Virginia animal laws. The handbook includes updates from the most recent session of the Virginia General Assembly and provides a convenient reference for animal control officers, shelter and rescue professionals, law enforcement agencies, local government officials, veterinarians, and animal welfare advocates.
