Rob Leinberger, Animal Control Supervisor from Richmond Animal Care & Control will discuss in detail the Virginia state code section 3.2-6503 and what it means to adequately care for pets in Virginia. We’ll also discuss what to do if you see a neglect or cruelty situation and how best to work with the local animal care and control department.
